PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how Wawa Llama Ltd. trading as Your AI Power Up ("Your AI Power Up", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use youraipowerup.com (the "Site") and buy our digital products. We are the data controller. This policy is written to comply with the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR.

1. Who We Are

2. What Data We Collect

Account & contact data: your email address, used to deliver your downloads and to send you a passwordless sign-in link.
Purchase & billing data: your name, billing address, and tax/VAT ID if you tell us you're buying as a business, plus the products you bought. Card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card number.
Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers for security and reliability, and your approximate country (derived from your IP by our host, Vercel) used only to show the cookie banner where it is legally required.
Cookie, analytics & marketing data (with consent): your cookie choices, and (if you accept the optional categories) limited information about your visits and ad interactions, including through the Meta pixel. See §3.

Optional analytics and marketing technologies are switched off until you consent (see §3). We do not store the text you enter into any AI tools.

3. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (including browser storage and the Meta pixel) to run the Site and, with your consent, to measure and improve it. Visitors in the UK, EU and EEA are shown a consent banner, and no optional cookies are set until you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer, or through your browser settings.

We group them into three categories:

Strictly necessary	Always on. Sign-in sessions, cart contents, secure payment, fraud prevention and remembering your cookie choice. The Site cannot work without these.
Analytics & performance	Consent required. We use Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement of page views and traffic sources) to understand how the Site is used and fix bugs.
Marketing	Consent required. The Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and Conversions API let us measure our advertising and reach people likely to be interested. Enabling this shares data with Meta.

Key items we store:

aipu_consent	Remembers your cookie choices. Stored for up to 180 days, after which we ask again.
Sign-in & cart storage	Set by Supabase and stored in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember your cart and email. Strictly necessary.
Meta pixel (e.g. _fbp)	Set only if you accept Marketing. Used to measure advertising. Managed by Meta.

4. How We Use Your Data

To process your payment and deliver the digital products you purchased.
To send you transactional emails, including your secure download link and receipts.
To produce tax-compliant invoices and meet our accounting and legal obligations.
To maintain the security of the Site and prevent fraud.
With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising and Site performance (see §3).
If you opt in, to send you occasional updates or offers, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Legal Bases for Processing

Performance of a contract: to take payment and deliver your downloads.
Legal obligation: to keep invoicing and tax records.
Legitimate interests: to secure our Site and prevent fraud.
Consent: for optional marketing emails and any non-essential (analytics/marketing) cookies, withdrawable at any time.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data only with the service providers (processors) that help us run the business. We never sell your personal data.

Stripe: payment processing.
Supabase: authentication, database and secure file storage for your account and downloads.
Resend: sending transactional emails (your download/sign-in links).
Loops: sending optional marketing emails, if you opt in.
Quaderno: generating invoices and handling tax/VAT compliance.
Vercel: hosting the website, providing approximate geolocation (country) from your IP to show the cookie banner where required, and privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics (aggregated page views and traffic sources).
Meta Platforms: if you accept marketing cookies, to measure our advertising via the Meta pixel and Conversions API.
Google Fonts: web fonts served by Google when the Site loads (this may expose your IP address to Google).

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. International Transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK/EEA (for example in the United States). Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and/or the EU–US and UK–US Data Privacy Frameworks.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep account and purchase data for as long as you have access to your downloads and as needed to provide support. Invoicing and tax records are retained for the period required by law (generally six years). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@youraipowerup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.

10. Children

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with the "Last updated" date.
